Fortnite has slowly become the ultimate Celebrity Deathmatch game featuring, collaborations with Pixar, Marvel, anime series, and even real-life celebrities like Will Smith, Eminem, Lady Gaga, and now Shaquille O’Neal. Following a leak, Epic Games has now confirmed Shaq is coming to Fortnite “soon.”

Shaq’s reveal is just one of the characters to join up shortly as the game’s annual Halloween event, Fornitemares, as Shiina also revealed horror icons like the Saw franchise’s Billy the Puppet, Leatherface from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise, and a spooky version of DJ Marshmello are on the way. Obviously this is not the first time Epic Games has made skins based on NBA teams or specific players. In 2022, Fortnite released skins of the 30 teams in the entire league. This is the first time though that Epic has teamed up with the star of Shaq-Fu.
